The game gives you a fitness test, then asks you what your fitness goals are (for example, do you want to tone your arms, slim your waist, strengthen your legs, etc.).

After that, you tell the game how much time you have for each workout (15-75 minutes) and how many weeks or months you have to meet your goals.

Based on this information, the game creates your personalized workout routine – combining the right exercises with the right level of intensity – to meet your needs. Each routine will incorporate new exercises that flow seamlessly from one to the other so your heart rate stays up the entire time!

EXERCISE 100% CONTROLLER-FREE
